Has anyone else seen this message? Is it something I did to trigger this? I didn't get any e-mail or anything, just this message when I tried to withdraw. Account balance of ~$50 and ~$200 still in active loans.
Not sure if I have the image uploaded, so here's the text:
"[in bold:] Withdrawals are not allowed from this account.
This account is tagged as non-withdrawable. This has legal implications, and no withdrawals are allowed from this type of account."

Hopefully you have already contacted Kiva Customer Service about this, as only they can resolve it for you.
The only thing I can do is guess, and three possibilities come to mind.
1. At some point your account was one of those that had suspicious or fraudulent withdrawal attempts and has been flagged. But I would think that you would have been made aware if such an attempt was made at the time it happened.
2. You account was mistakenly flagged.
3. All accounts are getting this error message due to a programmatic error.*
Please do let us know when Kiva resolves this for you!

*ETA: I was able to withdraw from one of my accounts with no problem, so this seems to be unlikely.
