Since we cannot loan to every entrepreneur that we would like to. How about a feature where you can add your favourite entrepreneurs you would like to follow or interested in helping. I understand that there's a RSS feature which allows you to get the most updated journal entries but having a 'favourite entrepreneurs' section in the member profile would allow the member, through their profile to promote the other entrepreneurs they may not be sponsoring to their friends/family.

I've been wondering the same question for a while now.  I think it would be cool to re-loan to an entreprenuer I've already loaned to and/or watch their progression through various loan cycles. Is this possible?

We think so too!

Excellent idea which shouldn't be too difficult to implement.

I as well would welcome such a function - it would make me learn more and seen from Kiva's point of view I think they will encourage a stronger commitment between us which is a positive side effect to the core effort. In all, a great idea I hope will turn into reality.

In the meantime, I have set up a folder in my browser to bookmark specific loans I want to follow.  It means I have to initiate the looking, which I do from time to time.  The advantage of a bookmark feature inside Kiva would be that we could be notified of journals or news about bookmarked borrowers as well as those in our own portfolios (which is now being done).
