I noticed that you are quite active on the boards and are knowledgeable about Kiva Friends--do you know of any groups of Kiva supporters that meet (where we can connect as well as bring those who might have an interest in Kiva)?

After 3 1/2 months we went from 500 members to over 1300...I think kiva friends is becoming well established and actually solidified its place way back when the site was created...the numbers speak to the success it should be...Im also noticing that there is much more to comment on and discuss with all these newcomers...I hadnt posted much in october so maybe Im just catching up a bit, but its nice to see so many new faces and conversing with the old ones as well, those I know that were the core of this place when it was just underway...
what is with the suddenly huge increase in number of members on kivafriends per day?
Anyways, here is a quick excel file/graph of the KF membership growth from beginning to present...along with rough %s of how many Kiva.org members were also making their way over to become members of KF.

Steve, thanks so much for compiling the stats! What I find interesting is that the %age of KivaFriends to Kivans has remained largely the same in the last three months! I guess the increase in KIvaFriends stems from more visibility on the Kiva-website as well as more and more of us using the KivaFriends-link in their lender-profile (including the author of this post who finally made it!!)...
