What ever you do, "do not" follow the rabbit!  Shocked

I really not know as I not use, but!  Idea I think Firefox did a recent upgrade, not sure about I.E.
I know some of this stuff do things we never see.

What I guess I would try;
The Toolbar say it have an uninstaller. I think I just try to uninstall and reinstall. Maybe when one of the Browsers update it mess up something. I not think it browser related if it not work on both.

Another thing you may try first is top left find; View > Toolbars and un-check other toolbars and re-start browser to be sure they not clash with each other trying to obtain information.

I know this not much help and if I have confused you disregard this and follow the rabbit.  Tongue

for some reason this morning, my Kiva Toolbar was not there.

I found out how dependent I am because I came here straight away to download a new one Smiley

something wonderful must have happened because I don't remember it being that easy to install... it truly did just take seconds...

and now my life can continue as usual

thanks Joe  Wink
