I'm hoping to let the rest of you finish the conversation on "The New Look and Function" Just came across the following:
http://www.kiva.org/lender/daryl9041 Besides the frog, which, of course, I loved,
I was especially interested in Daryl's "About Me,"
particularly his Popeye-ian "I Yam What I Yam --Deal with It!" parenthetical
admission.
That's one of the things I love most about Kiva.
It takes, it calls out to and snags "All Kinds."
There is room for all of us, no matter which side of which fence we sit on.
We are all united, related both in our attraction to Kiva, and
in our wanting to extend a hand... and, hopefully, great encouragement...
to people who are complete strangers,
but who feel, in fact, like they are not at all complete strangers
on the other side of the world.
Feels like a good place to again say,
THANK YOU, KIVA
