On the subject of "unique" loans, I recently noted two pairs of duplicates:

Dizi Mendoza (http://www.kiva.org/app.php?page=businesses&action=about&id=13846)
Dizi (Daisy) Mendoza (http://www.kiva.org/app.php?page=businesses&action=about&id=14220)

and

Victoria Carranza (http://www.kiva.org/app.php?page=businesses&action=about&id=14932)
Victoria Carranza (http://www.kiva.org/app.php?page=businesses&action=about&id=15699)

I reported both to Kiva by email.  The first were rather quickly handled (the loan with ID 13846 was refunded).  The second, I reported on 11 August.  While they have not yet been addressed, I believe Prisma deserves a bit of slack given other recent occurrences which they have handle so nicely.  By the way, Liz responded to my email on 15 August reporting that she had contacted Kiva's partnerships staff member who works with Prisma so they could work to handle the duplication.

There may be more.  I only caught these two because I invested, unwittingly, in all four loans.
