Down to three. About $350 from clearing the books! Makes me feel guility for making a loan earlier this evening. I was trying to leave the field open for the newcomers, but then I saw the bookstore. . . .

It would be nice to see an 'in process' number of what's coming. (number of loans being translated, questioned, etc.)

Also, hope no pressure is being created to gather loans just to maintain a supply.

Dottie,

I don't understand the coming and going.  It seems to be one number when you press LEND, but a sort will yield a lower number.  Press LEND again, and the higher number of loans reappears.  In both situations, there are loans which indicate that it is funded (with pending loaners not checking out).  I have notified Kiva, but I put this so much lower priority than dealing with the system grinding to a stop from so many new users!

Because things change so quickly right now, it would probably be more challenging to troubleshoot.

I wonder if they could use more translaters to translate into English.  I can do a reasonable job in Spanish.

I was wondering what happened when I went to Kiva, and found nothing!

9:14 PM PDT: There are 0 loans to fund.  Don't know whether I am happy or distressed!
