Jundee,

I meant her studio audience for the free calendars.  I ought to wake up more before posting as that was ambiguous!

Hi All:

Thanks for keeping me updated Oli :-)

You guys have hit the nail on the head.  Sending calendars to the MFI partners this year is problematic because they are super super busy right now and it would be another thing to figure out (AND it wouldn't necessarily be easy to get the calendar to the entrepreneur AND they might be confused about who KivaFriends is AND we're minimizing communication with them right now because most of our partners are gearing up for Christmas right now - so many entrepreneurs want to stock up for Christmas business so they typically give out a lot more loans between October - December than the rest of the year).

BUT - you are correct in that mailing calendars to anyone else is absolutely up to you guys (and we welcome it of course!)  There's no need to run this by me (although the one for President Clinton I'll send out just because we have contacts there and might be able to get it fairly close to President Clinton!)  So please let the public figures that you want to reach know about Kiva and KivaFriends!!  Let them know there are people around the world who want to make a difference and care about programs that can help the poor help themselves in a dignified and sustainable way!!

Go KivaFriends!!!

Hey Ramon, havent met you but good to see you...whatever you guys decide as far as who to send some of the excess calendars to, let me know and Id be glad to help with postage.  If the ideas keep coming though, make sure we have a good stack left for the Kiva office and staff.

Just to let you guys know how things are progressing.  Chris just sent me a PM...

We had some difficulties with the logo, and the upshot was a (very) small change to the logo / border arrangement.  Could almost be used in a spot the difference competition...

For those keeping track of changes I have attached a set of jpegs.

Most tantalisingly, Chris sent me a photo of the hard copy proofs on his desk - also attached.  Now I know how you guys felt with the poll results - I can hardly wait for the delivery of my order.

It's ten days later and I just thought I'd pop in to ask if there's any further news.  Aren't you getting excited to see the final result?  Cheesy

They're still being printed; should arrive by the end of next week.
