Hard not to think of the parable when you look at that picture. These, apparently, were the ones that didn’t get away.
Wonder if starfish can be used to feed people or if people just buy them for their beauty.
Maybe I’ll look it up.

Kafa is a 36-year-old married woman from Al Aqaba, Jordan. She is the mother of three children.

Kafa does Henna, traditional tattoos made with a plant called henna and used mostly at parties and for brides.

Kafa is requesting a loan of 500 JOD to purchase henna and some other materials needed.

Kafa is looking to to expand her project by opening a shop for her business so that she can improve her family's life conditions.

Single mother in Peru who works as a children's entertainer.  Apparently her 4-year-old son works alongside her dressed as a clown.

The borrower is a Lebanese married woman in her 30's. She lives with her husband and three children who are still attending school. She and her husband are joining forces to be able to pay their children’s educational fees. Her husband is working as a taxi driver and has been for four years. As for his wife, she has owned a beauty salon since 2008, where she also makes body tattoos.

This client of Edpyme Alternativa is in his early 20's, single and has no children. At this time he lives in the house of his parents, whom he supports economically.

His business is renting clothing for dances everywhere in the zone where he lives.  He has set up a space in his house to exhibit his costumes, which he makes himself and which represent the culture of the inhabitants of this region. Among the costumes that he rents, he has, for example, skirts for the marinera dance, blouses, caps, sombreros, knitted caps, and cloaks, among other items, which he rents according to the season or the educational institution.
