... I don't know if I should put the blame on the Canada Post or the US Post...
but the package was damaged considerably on ALL FOUR CORNERS...
Ouch! Looks like it was dragged from New York to Calgary. I suspect that the postal services take advantage of the border crossing to blame their counterparts for any damage ("it was like this when we got it from USPS" / "it was fine when we transferred it to Canada Post")..... The 5 and 10 packs are pretty solid (strength in numbers), though if damage is taken it is usually to the top or bottom calendar. If anyone finds that they're calendars were wrecked in transit, let me know and I'll send a replacement.

Let's hope the road to Alaska is smoother or if it is on the same truck, I hope I can identify the pieces. The Pack is still waiting in the last frontier.

Excellent work Chris and Charmaine and everyone else who worked on this project . AWESOME. My 2x10pack arrived intact - the 2 packages were very well taped at all the corners. Thanks very much to everyone who has pitched in for the calendar. Cheers, -- ravi

Mine came in the mail the other day, too! I got my 10 pack and aside from the mail carrier bending them to cram them in my mailbox, plus leaving the door open so they got wet, they came through fine. The one corner that got wet was stuck together so that I had to separate each page to be able to turn it, but it's perfectly serviceable, so I'm happy. My mail here is just terrible. I feel lucky that I got them at all. =)
I'm giving them out to friends and family, as usual, and I'm very proud of them and of what we Kiva Friends have done together. It's weird that I feel this way even though I'm currently paused in my lending through kiva. I guess I'm deeply conflicted still. My love for kiva and especially for the entrepreneurs dies hard.

Just received my calendars today and wanted to say I didn't get a chance to participate in the calendar this year but just wanted to say what a great design. It really looks beautiful.

Thanks Karen for sending this picture on to me. Charmaine
Here is a note from Maia Pelleg, the current KIVA Fellow serving with KADET. Karen and Gery,
Thanks again for taking the time to visit KADET and for generously bringing the KADET office Kiva calendars. Everyone here is thrilled to see their borrowers in print, and proud that these photos/calendars are being distributed around the world. I hope you also enjoyed your time here.
Best regards,
Maia

Searched through the thread a little, but couldn't figure out how to order a calendar- if there are any left! Please let me know.
