Marleni has always worked hard. From the time she was little, she's been engaged in handcrafts type work and weaves beautiful sweaters, scarfs and gloves. This noble profession/craft which she learned from her beloved mother, will hopefully one day become a recognized and outstanding craftsmanship in the city of Juliaca. Now she has made this profession an important way of generating income for her family, and thus support the household expenses along with her husband, Juan, who works with a lot of determination and hard work as a bricklayer. Marleni, works daily from 9:00 in the morning until 10:00 at night, to create her beautiful items, and finally puts them on sale on Sundays (in the Sunday market in the city of Juliaca). This charming mother of three wishes to increase her production. This requires the purchase of a knitting machine in order to expedite her work.
