Lender Groups

Wouldn't it be great if there were a way to have lender groups built in to kiva?  Right now I administer the loan account for a group of online friends.  It's really fun and motivating for all of us to lend together!  I collect the money each month via paypal, and then I or one of the group selects a borrower and then I make the loan.  It would be so cool if there were software support on kiva itself for this.  I think more groups would spring up because there would be less administrative work involved and no paypal fees. 

Does anyone else think there's a call for this?  It seems to me that it could be useful for school classes, large extended families,  online interest groups, or however people wanted to group themselves.  Just as the borrowers benefit from borrowing in groups, I think the lenders would too.  I know that kivafriends is extremely motivating to me, for instance.  Social lending is just more fun! 

Just an idea that could be useful.  What do you guys think?

Thanks for letting me know!  That's what I get for not keeping up! 

I'm actually really excited about this feature.  Maybe our group can migrate to be a team.  I guess it's an idea whose time has come.  =)
