I wonder if Kiva has the ability to send donor statements like many other charitable organizations.  If not, there should be at least a place to log into our "account" online and print off a listing of donations for the year or some other  period of time.    Huh?  [Copied from another post in another thread]

This is a great suggestion.  I'm trying to get my records together to put in for corporate matching funds, and a way to easily see and print the amount I've donated would make it a lot easier for me, and a lot more sure that Kiva.org would get the entire match from my employer.

I wonder if instead of KIVA, your able to go to your paypal account and get a printout.  I've never spent anytime at paypal, but there must be a way to look at your purchases there.  ANYONE?

NOPE, i'll answer my own question here...i went to paypal and it just shows all the transactions to KIVA. So that's not really any help.  I could suggest that you skip the 'donate' step each time you sponsor a loan, and then every now and then go to the donate page and make a bigger donation.  That would make the record keeping much simpler wouldn't it?

It's been a few days since Kiva added this and we have been remiss in not giving you a hearty thank you here!  Smiley Smiley

(Although there was some gushing in another thread.)

Log on to your Pay Pal account & click on "All Account Activity". You can also go to "Payments sent" & "Payments Received" & print it out.

PayPal doesn't differentiate between lending and donating. (So this doesn't work.)  Cry
